Over 60 years ago, my parents Norman & Evelyn Strobel decided that they did not want their family eating beef with hormones and other growth promotants. As a result of this decision, they purchased a cow and her calf. They enjoyed caring for the cattle so much the decision was made to double the herd and a second cow was purchased, eventually pigs and chickens were added. This humble beginning eventually led to my vision of the retail store to sell our natural beef, pork, and other products from our farm with high quality products from other local producers. 

You can rest assured that anything you purchase from us is high quality, clean and healthy!!

Grain Finished Beef

Strobel Farms LLC is grass fed AND Grain finished Natural Angus Beef. We raise some of the tastiest and healthiest beef in New York. 

Local Pasture Raised Chicken

Local pasture raised Chicken and NON - GMO eggs are raised for us by several Amish families. Hens live and thrive on pasture, making their eggs delicious and nutrient dense. The chickens have no antibiotics or hormones ever. They sell fast, so reserve some of the freshest chicken and eggs available for your family. 

Natural Heritage Breed Pork

 Strobel Farms pigs are raised in a deep bedding European style system. This makes some of the best pork, for you and your family. Happy Pigs Make Delicious Pork!

At Strobel Farms LLC we believe that the healthiest, most nutrient-dense food comes from the healthiest animals. We know the healthiest animals grow outside on healthy pastures whenever western New York's weather makes it possible. With a polyculture of forages, on soils that are thriving and teaming with life below our feet. We understand our soil to be full of life. The aim of Strobel Farms LLC is to implement farming practices that protect, care for and add to our soils. Join us in making the land better while feeding yourself delicious, healthy food!

PICKUP & DELIVERY

You can order from our inventory at any time.  Our on-farm store is open Monday - Friday noon to 6pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm, as well as multiple delivery drop points.  Please and pick the most convenient pick up or delivery option for you.
